more for beating a stronger player, less for an expected win, and margin counts:
a tight 11–9 moves the needle less than a 11–2 drubbing.
Your first 10 matches are provisional and swing harder while the ladder finds you.

One match = one best-of, however many games that took. Best of 1, 3, 5, 7 —
each counts as a single match. Add a row for every game you played; whoever wins more games wins the match,
and an even split (1–1, 2–2) is logged as a draw.
Your opponent confirms it before it counts toward ratings.
